Status:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Ordering and taking stock of office / pantry suppliers
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Support and assist in HR matters
- Assist in issuing daily cheques when needed
- Maintaining databases and filing systems
