The Management Trainee Programme identify good potential candidates through internships to offer training and create opportunities for students from all polytechnics.
To appeal to the younger generation, Mr Benjamin Koh, the CEO of Addicon Logistics Management perks up job offerings by exploiting the company’s regional offices as an opportunity for overseas exposure.
Mr Koh: “I give people a chance to move around the regional offices. At least they won’t find the job boring and hopefully we can tap on their creativity and ideas” In addition, employees with the potential to grow with the company are sent for a formal diploma or degree programme, fully paid for by the company.
